We are excited about the opportunity to offer our Scouts an experience that combines adventure, teamwork, leadership, personal responsibility, and the spirit of Scouting. A Sea Base expedition is an experience that requires preparation and commitment from both Scouts and adults, and we want families to have a clear understanding of the expectations, costs, deadlines, and requirements well in advance.

The troop is planning to register for a weeklong Florida Sea Base adventure during July 2028. The exact adventure dates will be determined when the Sea Base registration process opens in January 2027. The specific adventure will depend on availability and the crew's final assignment. Participants will embark on a dynamic marine journey, highlighting the Keys Adventure and potentially a Fishing Adventure or Coral Reef Sailing Adventure, where they will navigate the Florida Keys through activities like snorkeling reef ecosystems, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and deep-sea eco-fishing. This trip offers a unique opportunity to master aquatic skills, explore vibrant marine habitats, and develop lifelong leadership traits while adapting to the challenges of the open ocean.
