The Greater Finger Lakes Council Challenge Trophy Camporee (CTC) is an annual, weekend camporee featuring 600+ activities, and is attended by 2000+ scouts and scouters from the US and Canada. Each CTC features a large number of patches that can be earned, collected and traded - click HERE for more info about CTC Patches.
The Camporee will be held at J. Warren Cutler Scout Reservation, 7131 Gulick Road, Naples, NY 14512.

Friday, October 16th
4:30 PM - Early groups leave from Kessler's to go setup
5:30 PM - Camp Setup begins in Lime Subcamp
6:00 PM - Any groups that are remaining depart
NOTE: Use Parking Lot #2 on CTC map
Print Parking pass for dash
7-8 PM - Final groups staying the entire weekend arrive
9:30 PM - Youth Leader meeting with subcamp chief in our campsite
10:00 PM - Adult Leader meeting with subcamp coordinator in our campsite
11:00 PM - Lights out
Saturday, October 25th
6:30 AM - Rise and Shine
6:45 AM - Cooks start breakfast
7:15 AM - Breakfast & Pack Lunch
8:15 AM - Depart for Opening Ceremonies
8:20 AM - Opening Ceremonies
8:35 AM - Depart for morning activities (Pack bagged lunch)
9:00 AM - Morning Events Begin (AOLs paired with members of Troop 166)
Noon - Lunch outside Castle
1:15 PM - Afternoon Events begin (Adults from Troop 166/6166 assist at Events)
4:30 PM - Afternoon Events End/Return to Camp
5:00 PM - Start cooking dinner
5:45 PM - Dinner
8:00 PM - Evening Campfire
9:00 PM - Camporee Scout's Own
9:30 PM - Pack-up equipment no longer needed

IMPORTANT PACKING INFORMATION
It is forecasting lows in the mid to upper 30s at night so having the following items will be very important:
Avoid cotton
Gloves
Winter Hat
Winter Jacket
Warm hiking socks (multiple pair)
Sleeping bag (my recommendation is a winter mummy bag [rating 20 or below will help] or double up on other types)
Sleeping pad (these are HUGE in helping to keep everyone warm at night...the higher the insulation number the better....4+ R-value is helpful for this weekend's weather)
Bring a folding camp chair
Water Bottle
Mess Kit (or plate, utensils and a cup)
Flashlight
Class A uniform for Ceremonies
